Salih Guler’s art lives by the motto "less is more". The artist believes that beauty exists in simple things and focuses on origin and forms in his art. Through his photography Salih tries to express his personal reality, by keeping very high standards in technical and aesthetic details and always including living things in his compositions. His photography is made of the least possible spots. Salih's minimalism gives even more power to the images he captures; the dramatic contrast and movement in his photography make the subject come alive and look as though it is flowing through light. The artist choses "beauty" to put forward in his artworks; he centres as the essence of life. Parallel to his minimalistic approach in photography, the photographer does not prefer to say a lot about his works. He believes that the photography itself should say and depict everything. His first personal exhibition was Dance of Light in 2004. His projects are Salt Lake in 2016, Backstage 2017, Project12 in 2018.
